Our Policies

General Service Policy:

Studios are available for a minimum rental of 1 hour and in 1/2 hour increments up. Your studio is not reserved until payment is received.
Reminder that sessions need to include prep and take-down.  Please allow enough time within your scheduled session for cleanup.  Sessions are booked consecutively.  We will be available to assist with clean up.

Reservation Policy:

Reservations are requested, but not confirmed until Everyday People Studios contacts you with a confirmation and you have provided payment. Payment can be made online, via phone or via mail. If you have any questions or would like to reserve a studio via phone, please contact us at 320.774.0900.

Payment Policy:

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash or Check Payable to Everyday People Studios
  • Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, Visa, American Express
  • Paypal

Your studio is not reserved until full payment is received. You can make payments online, via phone, in person or via mail.  If you have any questions about payments, please contact us at 320.774.0900.

Cancellation Policy:

A 48 hour notice is required to change your reservation.
Cancellations made 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.  Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be granted for cancellations within 36 hours of reserved time.
